Is there a fee to participate?

A limited number of complimentary feature opportunities are available for the 2026 launch. Any optional upgrades or future paid opportunities will be clearly communicated before you commit.

Do I need to sell a physical product?

No. We welcome Canadian businesses offering products, services, experiences, destinations, hospitality, education, food, wellness, home services and more. Community organizations may also apply.

Does my business need to be an Oak & Barrel member?

No. Holiday Guide applications are open beyond the Oak & Barrel membership community. Membership is not required for consideration.

Is placement guaranteed?

No. Applications are reviewed for fit, quality, category balance and available space. Applying does not guarantee inclusion.

What will I need to provide?

Approved businesses should be prepared to provide a short description, high-quality images, a logo where available, contact details and a direct link for readers to shop, book, visit, inquire or learn more.

Can businesses from anywhere in Canada apply?

Yes. The guide is intended to highlight Canadian businesses and organizations from communities across the country.
