Blue Pepper is a women-founded Canadian tea brand that creates Indian-inspired herbal and spiced tea infusions rooted in tradition, flavor, and everyday rituals. The idea for the business came from a deeply personal place. Growing up, tea was an important part of family life. It was how conversations started, how guests were welcomed, and how simple moments of pause were created during busy days. Watching my grandmother prepare spiced teas in the kitchen—using ingredients like ginger, fennel, cloves, and turmeric—left a lasting impression on me.

Blue Pepper was founded to share those traditions in a modern and accessible way. The brand offers thoughtfully crafted tea infusions made from a blend of herbs, spices, and botanicals commonly used in Indian kitchens. Each blend is designed to highlight the natural character of these ingredients while creating a flavorful and aromatic experience. One of the blends, Ginger Kick, is inspired by my grandmother’s recipe and reflects the warmth and comfort of those early memories.
